Classico Superiore

Young and lively red wine, simple but complex. Bright red color, bouquet of ripe fruit but just picked, cherries, blackberries, black cherries and grapes but also pepper and cloves on the palate black cherry, pepper, coffee and spices, well balanced and slightly sour on purpose to accompany food.
  • Corvina 50%, corvinone 30%, rondinella 15%, molinara 5%. Hand harvest.
  • The must ferments at low temperatures with daily pumping over. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months, then stays in steel tanks.
  • Alc. 13%
    Serve at 18-20 ° C
  • Great for a meal, especially if accompanied by red meat dishes, boiled rice with meat sauce.
