Its sapidity, freshness and drinkability make this wine perfect for aperitifs and summer. Cherry pink color. Fruity aroma of cherry, wildflowers and light balsamic. The bouquet returns on the palate, leaving a fresh, savory finish. Drink young with aperitifs, fish and relaxing dinners.
- Grapes: Molinara 80%, Corvina 20%. Manual harvest.
- Vinification: Must stays on skins overnight. Moved to another tank in the morning, it ferments at low temperatures.
- Alcohol: 12% | Serve at 12-14°C
- Pairings: Great for aperitifs or meals, especially with pasta, white meat, fish and fresh cheeses.
