Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC
Young, lively red wine, simple yet complex. Bright red; broad aroma of ripe, fresh-picked fruit, cherries, blackberries, sour cherries and grapes, plus pepper and cloves; the palate recalls cherry, pepper, coffee and spices, balanced and slightly acidic to pair with food.
- Grapes: Corvina 50%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 15%, Molinara 5%. Manual grape harvest.
- Winemaking: Must ferments at low temperatures with daily pumping over. Aged in barrique for about 6 months.
- Alc: 13% | Serve at 18-20°C
- Pairings: Excellent with meals, especially pasta, red meat dishes, boiled meats and cheeses.
