Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC

This innovative wine is made by re-passing Valpolicella over Amarone pomace. Aged in barriques for one year. Ruby red color, fruity and spicy aroma. Full and enveloping on the palate, fruity and peppery.

  • Grapes: Corvina 60%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 10%.
  • Winemaking: Re-passing freshly made Valpolicella Classico Superiore over Amarone pomace. Aged for 12 months in 5 hl barrels.
  • Alcohol: 14% | Serve at 18-20°C
  • Pairings: Pairs perfectly with traditional Veronese dishes, red meat, grilled foods and aged cheeses. Also a great meditation wine.
